To make an appointment, all you have to do is indicate the number of documents you want to get notarized and select a suitable date and time. Just provide your full name, email address, and cell phone number for us to confirm the appointment. Rest assured that your personal information will be kept confidential and handled with care and integrity.
Upload your documents to our secure platform no later than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. Once we receive the documents, an email will be sent to you containing a link to participate in the online notary session. To protect your confidentiality and privacy, all documents will be removed within 24 hours or after the completion of your notary appointment.
You will receive a secure link in the email address you provided approximately five minutes before your appointment time. Click on the link and upload a photo of your identification. Afterwards, you will meet with your online notary via video conference. Once the notarization process is finished, you can instantly download your document.

Notification of Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows:
A "no show" occurs when the signer fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours notice. In such cases, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or less than 24 hour cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, therefore, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.
Refund Eligibility:
All notary services, once provided, may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the service. These services include but are not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have been executed and finalized. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for notary services that have not yet been rendered.
Refundable Circumstances:
1) Appointment Cancellation: If you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be eligible for a refund.
2) Service Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue on our end, a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.
Refund Request:
Refund requests must be submitted via email at enotaryexpressservices@gmail.com within 3 days from the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. Note that the timeframe for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
